Method
jly_Icons8.PreloadIcon ( Name As Text, size As Integer = -1, IgnoreCache As Boolean = False )
Preloads an icon based on IconSize, IconColor and IconStyle.
If Force is true, the image will be loaded from the Internet whatever the cache expiration date.
