Method
ChartView.setDataLabel ( TextFont As String = "System", TextSize As Single = 8, TextColor As Color = &c0, Shadow As Boolean = False, ShadowColor As Color = &cFFFFFF, Format As String="0", HasBackColor As Boolean = False, BackColor As Color = &cFFFFFF )
Sets up the data labels.
