Method
ColorWheel.Register ( Name As String, ProductKey As String, SerialKey As Integer ) As Boolean
In order to Register this control in your Application, you need to call this method only once. If the ColorWheel is registered, the return Value is True. If the Serial Key does not match the Name, the return Value will be False.
