Event
PropertyListBox.CellValueChanged ( row As integer, column As integer, PropertyName As String, Value As String )
The Value for a Line has changed. This event fires for all types of Cells except editable cells where the user types directly in the PropertyListBox. In this case, CellAction is fired.
